Call for Volunteer Labor at ATC Index Dining Hall
AMAZING BENEFITS FOR FREE!
Volunteer unskilled labor needed to help shuffle stuff at the Tabernacle in Index, so that the final stages of construction can be finished and we can actually USE our new Dining Room (or “Refectory,” as such things are called in churches).
Mostly unskilled jobs, not much heavy stuff, but moving books and things around so that we can cut the dining room-library door through the wall, cut-in the edges of paint at wall/ceiling junctures, etc. and other small details. More fun than hard work.
We can use this help whenever you are available: weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, whatever, but SOON. Please call Pete ahead of time @ 360-793-1945 and make us aware of when to plan for your help.
Rewards are unbelievably great:
Being a part of an extended family;
Our deepest gratitude;
The good feelings you get from supporting the things you believe in;
Being able to sit down at an indoor table and eat your potluck after ritual;
and best of all:
The community recognition that comes with a few cheap glass pony beads to string on your cord at Samh’ain’s “beads-and-cords” ceremony!
Devote a couple hours work at the TAB to benefit your spiritual community. Call Pete SOON at 360-793-1945 and let’s make a date! Then we can sit down at an indoor table and eat our potluck!

KBCS Voices of Diversity; Soul Food Books
Recently, Kathi DeAnda (ATC Public Education Coordinator) was one of many guests on Bellevue College Radio station KBCS on the Voices of Diversity program. That show is included in this Podcast entry. Source: KBCS: :: Voices of Diversity Audio Archives ::

That same night, Kathi joined Arch High Priestess Deborah Hudson on stage at Soul Food Books for their monthly Speaking of Wicca . . . discussion. That session is embedded in the blog post for this entry.
Big thanks to both Kathi and Deborah for the time and effort for these discussions!

Correction: No ATC event at Woodinville UU Church this Saturday
Earlier today, I published an announcement stating that there would be a Diana’s Bow Ritual this weekend with a special Thanksgiving emphasis.
As of this evening, that announcement has been removed from our website and usual online outlets. I would like to extend apologies on behalf of the Ritual Coordinators and Staff for the scheduling confusion.
This event information was based on our yet-to-be released calendar for the coming year. Efforts had been under way to staff and coordinate this presentation. However, due to our own internal mix-up, we do not have the space at the Woodinville UU Church reserved for this coming weekend.
There _will_ be another gathering for a Full Moon ritual at the Moonstone Circle in Index next Saturday, November 20th. We are currently working on the official post for that and should have it up by tonight.
Once again our humble apologies for the mix-up. All references to the event announcement for Saturday the 13th should be removed by now to avoid any further confusion.
Sincerely,
John Calderon, Herald – Keepers of the Moonstone Circle Coven and ATC Webmaster

Calling for Merchants!
This year, Spring Mysteries festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and we expect there to be many attendees to celebrate it with us. As usual, Merchants with interesting Pagan items for sale are always a popular part of this event.
With the current slow economy, merchanting your wares to the relatively “captive audience” of people attending the 25th Spring Mysteries Festival can be a way of boosting your sales. In spite of the downturn in the national economy, we Pagans always have a few dollars for something new to us. A shiny silver medallion, a new tarot deck, a piece of ritual wear, a sword or athame’ – you name it.
We are inviting you to merchant your stuff, be it your hand-made craft-work or whatever. This is a unique opportunity to reach a large number of customers assembled in one place.
We are also asking you to help by passing this opportunity on to others you know who want to offer their merchandise to a new market – the attendees at SMF. This year, the merchanting attendance fee is the same as a normal attendee’s fee would be, and includes one table – there’s no premium cost to attend as a merchant.
The time for merchant registrations is coming to a close soon, but has been extended to March 20th., the actual registration closing date for everyone. Give us a call at the ATC right away to reserve your merchanting space now, before all the good spots are taken! You can even register by phone right now, by calling (360)793-1945, or by email to: atcadmin @ AquaTabCh.org Don’t miss out on this chance to boost your sales in a slow economy!
